LMT President

A Message from our President!

Dear Lost Mountain Township Residents:

First, I would like to start by introducing our new and improved website for the Lost Mountain Township Homeowner’s Association!  Regarding this new website, thanks to Tommie Mack, our webmaster, and long-time resident of Lost Mountain Township for his help in making this update!  It is hoped that the increased functionality it will bring to the table will make it easier for you to find answers to the questions that you may have.  Besides the increased functionality, I think it brings a “coolness” to our website that cannot hurt when people are looking to buy a house in Lost Mountain Township.  Invaluable in today’s age!

Our present Board has been together just over two years now.  While together we have taken care of many important upgrades to the Township at both our front and back entrances.  At the front, we have put in all-new LED landscape lighting, and upgraded the irrigation system.  We have also had the two LMT signs at the front re-painted.  At the back entrance, with impetus from our Board member Dr. Jerry Bortolazzo, the road is being kept clear, and beautified with wild flowers.

Finally, you will notice all new Christmas decorations that will go up around Thanksgiving.  We hope that you will enjoy the fresh new look!

I also want to take the time to give thanks to those homeowners who have gone through the effort and expense to keep their properties well maintained.  I hope that you all understand that the pay-off for your efforts will prove to increase not only your property value, but those of your neighbors too.  By the way have you checked your property values recently?  Most of our properties have neared or surpassed the million-dollar valuation!  It is working people!

The Board will continue to maintain our Vision, which is to ensure that Lost Mountain Township will be one of the most desirable estate communities in Cobb County.  Our Mission is to preserve property values and a feeling of community for its members through the managed adherence to the terms of the covenants.

Let us know if there is any way that you think that we could serve you better.

Thank you all,

Bill McLendon, President LMT Board of Directors
